I would recommend putting in at Wendy's and taking out at the Monroe Draft Road Bridge. This stretch is a 3.37 mile float and can easily be completed in 90 minutes. The rapids are mild and fun for a sit on top kayak. There is a significant amount of debris in the creek from the flood in 2016.

Might want to consider this an ' icebreaker' run, a quick fix on a cold Sunday, that you can run and still catch the 2nd half of the game. I put in behind the Wendy's in White Sulphur, but you can put on Hart's run, if you don't mind fighting through some overhanging multi flora on this 10 foot wide tributary. The fun part of that option is you get to 'flume ride' through the I 64 overpass tunnel; probably 30 yards of a 'space mountain' like flush
