Log in to add a reportI didn't t run this, but I have gone with the family on vacation next to the creek the past couple of years. I've seen the streambed between the bridge at Rich Creek Valley Rd to about a quarter mile upstream. Here, there is some constant gradient throughout, but nothing too crazy. A little before the bridge, the creek drops about 9 ft over maybe 50 ft in a series of slides. A little after that, immediately before the bridge is a narrow spot with what appears to be the remains of a dam in the water that might be a hazard. Driving through town, you can see a pipe crossing that would need to be portaged just upstream of Market St. I believe there is a low foot bridge just upstream of that as well. It looks like a fun creek, but you would need a good bit of rain I imagine for it to be good.
