
This description is given for ww kayaks and packrafts; larger boats may get stuck and may not be able to portage due to size. This photo was taken from river left, looking upstream. At about 380 cfs the best path through this rapid appears to be on river left (the right side of the photo), however there are some smaller boulders at the bottom of this drop that require precise positioning/control to avoid collision. Essentially, enter the drop at river left, then immediately bear right through the drop. Portage river left about 300 ft before the drop. 41°02'27.8"N 111°40'14.6"W
