Deep Creek (Tuckasegee R. trib.)

Mark Singleton and I did a quick rip down the last 3 miles of Deep Creek on a relatively high water day. 1800 offered some nice wave trains and zoomy bends, but there were still plenty of eddies. Very fun and felt reasonable.

Hiked this creek a few days ago. Looks a lot like the upper nantahala (not the cascades..... the upper). Logistically it would be a nightmare to try to catch with water because of the hike in.
