This run needs a very good level. At the top, the river is really narrow and there can be barbed wire across the river to lock in the cows. You can duck under it, but may need to hold it up. It's right at neck level. Below is very narrow and it all goes except for a portage under an old bridge (that you cross to get there) that has rebar in it. Aside from a few drops, the run is class III(IV). You can continue down below to one of the best runs in the country. It starts at Rancho Faisar. You can tell you are there since the river goes into a slot about 1.5 meters wide. This run below is solid class IV and the georges can be IV+ or V at higher water.

With all of these steep DR rivers - stay off of them in really high conditions. You will either die or have to do a really hard hike out up the mountain.
