The Gala access is on river left. Put in on Sinking Creek which flows into the James.
Take out at the Craig Creek access, river right, paddling up the creek and under the Rt. 220 bridge. Alternatively, it might be possible to take out at Last Lock park on river left, slightly downstream of the Craig Creek confluence.
