Description

Lake Tugaloo Dam was constructed on top of a rapid called "Arrowhead". You can see what's left of it at the base of the dam. And just to add insult to injury; "Sweet 16", a 16 foot waterfall, is somewhere under the lake as you paddle out. (sigh)
