Skip this one boys. Put in is on private property, private ranch property and the ditch company claims they own the water in the ditch. We rolled up and the State parks was on us before we got our skirts on. Unless access is improved expect a barrel in your face at the take out.

All of the 'posted' and 'No Trespass' signs are gone.

This is one of the drops you can see from the road.
Just after the river emerges from a slot canyon you get this little ledge.
This dam is the one man made feature if you don't consider the artificial flows.

The drop below the first dam looks super easy but the pinch can easily pin and hold a boat flat or vertically.

The biggest drop and the one you saw from the road. Never seen a boat get stuck here but a flip would hurt.

Super low water on the last ledge of the longest and most difficult rapid. A hole forms here at high water.

Just before the takeout parking lot you will have a few small waves.

Run out below the ledge hole at low water.

For most boaters with normal flows this is the first rapid. Super low water here.
