Elk Creek

a fun 10 ft. low angle slide into a forgiving pool with a few hundred feet of boogie water after that.  the scenery is muey bueno.

just outside heron mt.  go past the general store and go left over the railroad tracks.  follow about a mile until you reach a bridge.  this is the take out/ put in.  hike upstream on river left to scout and run.
