The holes are a lot deeper than they look and there is a significant amount of current going under a river Left undercut aprox 8ft downstream of the boater. Boaters were knocking over a horizontal shelf VS bow knocking under it. *If* its big enough to fit a boat this could vertical pin you threateningly deep. If you can't see the undercut it probably is out of play while in your boat. It needs to be investigated at low water and posted.
