B) Waterford/Rochester/Burlington (PnP)
The left side of the dam downstream of Rochester (in Case Eagle Park) has a series of narrowly spaced spike spanning a lower-lipped part of the concrete. In the past, this has allowed placement of 2x6 boards to halt the flow through this area. The whole left portion of the dam has an area of large rocks and boulders which the outflow spills through. There is virtually never enough flow over any of this area as to allow passage of any water craft.
