Deerfield

Could someone please explain to me why in the flows section, it says that the 2008 tentative flows are hidden at the request of Norm Simms and Flow? I understand that these people and organization was instrumental in getting flows restored to the river, but how are people supposed to plan long term if they can't plan ahead for scheduled releases. Just asking because I want to organize a race on the Deerfield.
