Bennett Creek

We ran this May 20, 2018 at ~270cfs. There was sufficient water to float the whole way to the Monocacy. Stream-wide strainers were easy to avoid and portage around. Note: there is a low-head dam on this run as you approach the Monocacy. Portage on the left.

This is a good put in on Dixon Road. A good take out is at Mt. Ephraim Road, where the stream gauge is. Using these access points avoids problems above and below them.
