Pleasant (Presumpscot trib)

This is basically a long class I river with a lot of strainers to negotiate. There are basically two rapids in the middle of the run which were already mentioned, class III. The level has to be up too to warrant running them. The water is warm and there is a lot of good wild life to check out.

small, easy rapids from 302 to Pope Rd. After Pope Rd there is a nice class III drop (6 ft double ledge).The next rapid is another ledge drop with a nice hole.Ran on May 5 and there was a lot of wood, but it was worth it for my first class III!
