Fire Road/Trail.  Accessed from a fire road/trail that goes to the river about 0.5 miles below Prettyboy Dam.  Take Falls road south from the Gunpowder bridge to the top of the hill.  At the top of the hill is a small parking area that leads to a gated fire road/trail.  Follow the trail down to the river generally turning to the right.
