Take-out: Frame Park Rotary Building

The annual Kiwanis race continues down to Frame Park to take out at the boat landing (docks) at this location. From the confluence to here will be dead flat water (backed up by the dam \~0.4 mile downstream. This, in combination with the aforementioned railroad bridge (which is often impassable), it is recommended to just take out before that bridge and the confluence.
