Rocky Prominence

There's a rocky prominence evident in the stream just upstream of Happy Creek (river-right) and Hardscrabble Creek (river-left). It appears this should cause some rapids of interest, but is apparently lacking specifics from the write-up provided to us. Anyone able to fill-in details?
