American Whitewater Membership Database
DonorPerfect
– Maintaining Database
– Adding, modifying and utilizing the database for printed and electronic mailings
– Providing the database interface with the website member information needs
– Providing reports for management planning, regional outreach and fundraising efforts
– Designing and maintaining a system for major donor review, contact and engagement
– Communication and correspondence with members
Depositing and allocating revenue
– Maintaining accurate records of program revenue and reimbursed expenses, including restricted accounts and foundation grants
– Checks, credit card charges, online purchases, wire transfers
Coordinate semi-annual mailings with test elements and measurable goals
– Copywriting, layout and production coordination
– List coordination

Product fulfillment
Manage the invoicing, accounts payables and receivables, providing monthly updates of financial performance vs. budget, and 12 month rolling forecast.

Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

EXPERIENCE
Experience with membership/fundraising databases: knowledge of DonorPerfect a plus
Experience with creative development and production project management
Have a working knowledge of the outdoor industry
Experience with not-for-profit organizations
Experience effectively managing volunteers
