As part of American Whitewater’s 50^th anniversary celebration in 2004 AW set out on a mission to thank members at a variety of events throughout the country.  The program was so successful and we had such a blast interacting with all of our members we brought it back for another round.

The membership appreciation tour hit the gym over the winter, some steroids were involved, and it is now jacked up.  So what is so good you might be asking yourself? Well check it out.

If you renew your AW membership at a MAT booth you will get hooked up with the ultimate of swag bags.  Renewing members will get:

Now calm down, take a breath, yes we just offered you over $75 dollars worth of free stuff for your $35 membership or just $25 if you are part of an AW affiliate club.

But it gets even better.  Now let’s say you are one of the many whitewater paddlers out there that look at the gauges on our website, you probably read your buddies AW journal, and your definitely paddling rivers that we have worked on but you aren’t yet a member, maybe you are new to whitewater!
