American Whitewater and Little River Roasting Company have teamed up to offer paddlers a great way to start your day.  However, we don’t know what to call it.  Please read about the blend and submit what you would name this flavor to the American Whitewater forum.  Deadline for submission is end of day, Friday, May 6th.

The AW blend is a combination of our Organic Cameroon Boyo and our Organic Costa Rican La Amistad coffees.  We plan to have this ready for sale next week.  For every pound purchased, Little River Roasting donates $1 to AW.

The Cameroon Boyo comes from a cooperative that is situated about 7000 feet above sea level in the mountains of western Cameroon.  The coffee is grown under a canopy of fruit trees and is certified organic.  The coffee has evolved over the last eight years into one of the finest coffees in Africa.

The Costa Rican comes from a family farm which is located on the border between Costa Rica and Panama at about 4000 ft above sea level.  It is located next to the largest reserve in Costa Rica and produces some of the finest shade grown organic coffee in Central America.

These 2 extraordinary coffees are blended in the AW blend.  The bold full bodied earth flavors of the Cameroon coupled with the bright fruit flavor of the Costa Rican deliver a taste that is crisp, smooth and delightful.
