Next week AW Stewardship staff will be in Portland, OR for meetings of the Hydropower Reform Coalition. We would like to take the opportunity to update the local community on issues relevant to paddlers in the Pacific Northwest along with several national policy issues we are tracking. Mostly though we just want to come out and meet the community and learn more about issues of interest to local boaters. AW’s full stewardship team will be there including National Stewardship Director Kevin Colburn, Pacific Northwest Stewardship Director Tom O’Keefe, and California Stewardship Director Dave Steindorf.
Look for us at the usual time and place for the PDX Paddler Pint Night at the Morrison St. Bar and Grill, Thursday March 16th around 7:30 pm.
The Morrison St Bar & Grill is at the corner of SE Morrison and 12th.
