Carter Bridge is located on the Clackamas River at Highway 224 mile 38.8 where Carter Bridge crosses the Clackamas River. This is the site of the annual Upper Clackamas Whitewater Festival that takes place annually. The main festival site is on the downstream river left side of the bridge.
