This is TENTATIVE – the rumor is that someone apparently fell or was pulled into the water when trying to retrieve a raft. The location is from newspaper reports of the mile marker (104), and that the body was recovered near Upper Landing, which is very shortly below the last drop in the narrows (lower narrows; a class V drop at current levels).
