From Luke Baugh via FB: On July 8th two of my safety kayakers from Triad River Tours in Western Washington assisted Skagit County Sheriff on the Cascade River near Marblemount, WA in locating the body of a 35 y.o. woman who was entrapped in a log jam by the rope holding her ankle to her sup board. Photos are gruesome and revealed she was unprepared. The male she was with was in a cheap inflatable kayak. He survived by walking out of the river corridor to the road where he was found by S&R.
