Narrative by (do not publish name) on 2016-04-18 (DO NOT PUBLISH): Mathew Parker was an experianced paddler who worked in a kayaking shop he was paddling on what would have been an easy river for him. as he went round the corner his boat got pinned under a tree his mates held his head up above for the water well help arrived where he was pronounced dead on scene as he had died of hypothermia.
