A six man raft encountered troubler, pinning in the lower part of Jawbone Rapid (V). Most occupants scrambled to safety, buy Tony Cobb, 42, remained with the boat. The raft worked free and headed into Soc-Em-Dog Rapid (V) where it got stuck in a nasty hole. Mr. Cobb became entangled in a rope attached to the raft and was held under water.
