Susan Dennis, 61, of Magna, was pulled from the river at approximately 5 p.m. She had been tubing with her granddaughter, said Dawn Larsen with Utah State Parks and Recreation. Bystanders and a Utah State Parks ranger performed CPR until an ambulance arrived and transported the woman to a nearby medical center, where she was pronounced dead, Larsen said. — Michael Gonda
