A fisherman disappeared on May 8th after falling off a riverside rock on the Potomac River near Chain Bridge. Witnesses said the man was pulled under immediately after hitting the water. The Potomac River at Little Falls was @5.5′, which means there are some very strong eddylines just downstream of the bridge. It’s pretty treacherous if you don’t have a PFD!
