July 23, Colorado River description Isaac Montaño Rivera, a 32-year-old from Chihuahua, Mexico was last seen tubing, without a PFD, in the Colorado River near the Cottonwood Boat Ramp about six miles north of Dotsero. Searchers found his body on July 26.
