From Ray Smith on FB – There was a drowning in Hamilton, OH at the low head dam July 4 weekend. The fire dept got her out using a 2 boat tether technique in 53 minutes. They did CPR and got a pulse and respirations however she died 2 days later. She and a friend ran one dam a couple miles upstream in rec kayaks and decided to run the one downstream where she died.
