Walden Kayaks Announces Five-Year Sponsorship of American Whitewater
Ayer, Massachusetts– Walden Kayaks manufacturers of classic recreational, sporting, and touring kayaks is pleased to announce their support of American Whitewater with a commitment of $10,000 over five years towards national river conservation efforts and access issues nationwide. Whether you love to paddle whitewater or quiet water, protecting our nation’s whitewater rivers and free flowing streams is a mission that speaks to every paddlesport enthusiast.
Walden Kayaks is donating four recreational and light touring kayaks every year for the next five years, available for sale on the American Whitewater website at www.americanwhitewater.org. Today, friends of American Whitewater may purchase a Walden Experience, Adirondack, Odyssey, or Vista Expedition online to further support American Whitewater’s efforts to conserve and restore America’s rivers and streams. Jason Robertson, American Whitewater’s Interim Executive Director, is delighted with this unusual partnership and adds, “As yet another reason to celebrate our 50th year anniversary, we are excited that Walden Kayaks recognizes the importance of American Whitewater’s conservation and access work for all kinds of rivers.
