Sixth Annual American Whitewater Ohiopyle Over the Falls Festival

This will be the 6th year for this event and this year promises more activities in addition to whitewater paddlers running the Ohiopyle Falls on the Youghiogheny River. Here is a sample of the events we have scheduled: You can run the Falls Friday thru Sunday. Race and Free-Style competition takes place on Saturday. There are numerous competition categories. Registration fees have been reduced for this year and you get a discount for pre-registering by September 2nd. We also need plenty of volunteers and have discounts and T-shirts for you. Being a volunteer is part of the fun. In addition, there will be a town party, falls under the lights, film festival, silent auction, live music and food. We have also added a Fun Loop Race on Sunday.
