AW strives to convey the paddling community’s opinions and interests to resource managers that are on the ground managing recreational use. On the Cheoah, those managers are the US Forest Service, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and several other agencies. Now that we have a season of Cheoah releases under our belt, we want to let the river managers know how paddlers feel about flows, access, and other management issues.
