It is my pleasure to thank Bob Taylor from Moosup, CT for his enormous contribution of time and effort at the 2001 Gauley Festival. Bob was one of the people responsible for handling all of the electrical wiring at the festival. Bob is a well-known paddling personality from Southern New England and is respected for both his playboating and his river running prowess. But, Bob is best known for his big mouth and even bigger appetite. Bob has been boating for over eight years and has been a member of American Whitewater for almost as long. Bob has been a volunteer for AW at the Deerfield River Festival, he is an organizer of the Tariffville Whitewater Rodeo and also rides on an ambulance as a volunteer EMT. From one of your best friends and American Whitewater, thank you Bob.
