American Whitewater has announced that it will be teaming up with Teva and Scott Lindgren Productions on the national touring debut of “Liquid Lifestyles: AERATED."

“American Whitewater volunteers will speak at the presentation of Liquid Lifestyles: Aerated, produced by Emmy Award-Winning cinematographer Scott Lindgren and an incredibly experienced crew of expedition kayakers,” notes Risa Shimoda, Executive Director of American Whitewater. “They will note that in order for us to enjoy the fun and challenge of whitewater recreation, we must take care of these resources, continually threatened by conflicting interests and uncaring industry.”

“The Teva Liquid Lifestyles Tour will expand public awareness regarding river conservation and access issues nationwide, and will profoundly represent the leading edge or paddlesports today,” notes Adam Druckman, Teva Sports Marketing Manager. “ Teva is proud to be involved with this unique tour and honored to partner with American Whitewater, Scott Lindgren Productions and Land Rover.”

Kayakers Willie Kern, Clay Wright and Steve Fisher will also speak as ‘human disclaimers,’ addressing commonly-unspoken truths about the need for paddlers to take responsibility for their preparedness and that of others on the river.

The Teva Liquid Lifestyles: Aerated Tour will commence in the east on March 22 at the Jersey Paddler Sports Show and in the West at the Auburn, CA Music and More Theater on April 1. There will be a charge for admission, and a portion of ticket sales will be donated to American Whitewater in support of its conservation and access work.
