It is not often that an organization gets the opportunity to welcome a staff member who has so much to offer. Bob Taylor will be joining the American Whitewater team as the new Events Coordinator. He brings unprecedented levels of enthusiasm, unquestionable dedication to the American Whitewater Mission and loads of skills that will enhance the overall events program. Bob has been a long-standing volunteer for American Whitewater and was recently recognized as a volunteer of the month for AW in September 2001. Bob recently moved from Connecticut to North Carolina. In Connecticut, he helped to raise money for AW and the Farmington River Watershed Association (FRWA) by helping to organize the Tariffville Rodeo. Bob is famous for his big mouth and insatiable appetite for food and whitewater paddling. If you see Bob on the river help me in welcoming him to the only organization working to protect and restore your whitewater flows across the United States.
