After working together on a limited basis in 2002, American Whitewater and Kayak Session have broadened their relationship to include even greater benefits to AW members.
Starting in 2003, Kayak Session will offer a $25 subscription rate to all American Whitewater members. AW is thrilled to offer this new benefit to its membership base. For the past year, Kayak Session printed an AW article in each issue, creating a great source for American Whitewater to voice its mission to both a national and international community. Expanding on this already productive partnership provides great new opportunity for both Kayak Session and American Whitewater.
American Whitewater members will be able to take advantage of the reduced subscription rate through the renewal process or by clicking through to Kayak Session via www.americanwhitewater.org. Subscriptions will be offered to new members as they sign up with American Whitewater.
The use of stunning photographs of outstanding whitewater runs, coupled with informative interviews and articles, let Kayak Session appeal to a wide variety of boaters; a group American Whitewater hopes to tap into in order to broaden its membership base while improving its efforts to (mission) ‘to conserve and restore America’s whitewater resources and to enhance opportunities to enjoy them safely.’
