Bad News…The Upper Potomac River Commission has denied our request fora water release on the Savage this year.We expect all the interested organizations to help support a focuseddrive to to get an annual whitewater release for the Savage. American Whitewater has agreed to take the lead on this, but it is obviousfrom long discussions with UPRC & others that we will only be successful ifwe demonstrate that many groups want to have annual releases.
