River was at 1270 CFS. Took my cousin and her friend in our 14' oar raft. This is about as low as I'd want to run it in that boat. I actually had to scout pipeline as the line was pretty narrow & boney. There was a big branch stuck in the rapid too...hopefully that gets flushed out.
