There isn't a gauge, but we ran this when EFL was at about 3k cfs and I think flows were about ideal. With that said, it looks like you can still scrape down this a good week after it's last rained. Anyway, I (Timothy Kunin) went with Kallie Kurtz and Andy Lozovoy. This run is very underappreciated, especially since big slides in PNW are rare and this is so close to Portland. We had planned on running something else, but when that fell through and we were still up early this seemed like a good alternate. All three of the main drops were runnable, wood at the bottom of Little Norway complicated the landing pool and only half the group ran it. Those of us who did not run it just hiked the trail out from there, those who ran it reported a bit of wood in the run out section. EF Lewis gauge was at 3,000 cfs.

We got to the Lacamas put in with 30 min of daylight left after a day on Hagen. I decided to hop in the raft for this one with Dan McCain and his dental school buddy Trevor. We cruised the lake, portaged the first ledge, ran the first falls on verbal beta from our friend who hiked the trail (or in the kayakers case, no beta), then eddied out above the Norway slide. We quickly scouted as the light started to fade, and made the decision to run it pretty quickly, staying on-line and skipping across the pool at the base, it was a grinning good time.
The kayakers came throughh blue angel style which I thought was pretty neat to watch from below. From our perch below the drop we couldn't see past the lip of the final plunge, so they came into sight from seemingly nowhere one right after another all on slightly different lines barreling down the face landing only a skip away from the raft.
The sun was gone at this point and we paddled downstream through the flat/woody water on refracted light down to and through a culvert. Not long after we had schlepped the raft up to the road, happy to have avoided a mis-adventure even the haphazard approach.
EF Lewis was about 4,000 in the morning and dropping throughout the day.
