Middle Ocoee - #2 Dam to #2 Powerhouse(Lower Whitewater Section)
Second Helping (aka Slice-n-Dice) is one of the longer rapids on the Ocoee. This is the top portion. Note the boater doing a Loop in the top hole. You'll need a quick roll when playing in this hole. If you don't, you'll flush into the next hole and discover the shallow slab rock that hides there.
