1. Spada Reservoir to Powerhouse(Upper Sultan)
We estimated flows to be about 400 cfs above the diversion dam and approximately 800 cfs a short distance below. Portage this structure through the woods on the right and don't get too close. This could also serve as an alternate put-in if you want to hike in on river right.
