paddled this at low flow, close to minimum, on dec. 3. new strainer across the entrance of suck/pop (just downstream of another strainer of less concern), able to duck it at this level, but more water would become hazardous. looks to be there for some time unless it's cut out. could cause serious trouble with the high fun flows, be careful. AS OF DEC. 11 WOOD HAS MOVED TO A BETTER LOCATION IN SUCK POP

There were several trop/drop fishing lines hanging in the water from trees as of early December. They did not have identification tags attatched to them as is required, nor did they seem to have been attended to in the last 24 hours. (They were frozen, and as such useless.) At the time, they all had frozen balls of ice around the hooks, but we did run into a few of them, and had they not had the ice, they would have been hazardous.
