McCloud Dam to Shasta Reservoir(Lower McCloud)
Forest Road to the Willow Creek Siphon south of Iron Canyon. The failure is cutting back towards the penstock and all the material migrates downhill to the low point where the penstock crosses the creek. This debris is pressed up against the penstock footings.
