C) MenTosa: Hart Park Lane to W.Monarch Place or 4198 W.St.Paul Avenue (2.7 or 3.7 miles)
While the 2024/2025+ project is underway (to redo the shore-walls of the river, and create levees and elevated floodplain), a temporary short cement barrier wall narrows the river and allows a rock-rubble temporary roadway to facilitate that work. With the narrowing of the flow, some additional waves arise at some flows.
