Description

At this flow (2730 cfs) a bit of a wave builds under the pedestrian bridge. It is doubtful whether you would be able to stall your speed to drop into this and surf-on-the-fly. Dynamic swirls and boils fill the pool below, and chaotic waves build and flatten.
