Slate River

This is the portage/crazy twisting drop near the bottom. This was taken at ultra low water, thus why it looks so harsh. You can't see the lower part of the rapid which is just out of frame in the bottom left.
This is the last part. The higher log in the picture (just visible behind the other one) is the one in the other picture. Sorry for the lack of detail, it's hard to get close to the actual lower part.
This is a view looking downstream of some small ledge drops about a quarter mile below the beaver ponds. Sorry for the orientation, this is taken from a campsite right above it.
