We went down Mud Pine last weekend (Aug 12, 2006) and there were a couple of livestock barbed wire fences across the river. Don't know if this is legal or not. As far as I can tell the legal navigability of Mud Pine has yet to be determined. Aside from that (and some low water) it was a pleasant trip.
