Log in to add an alertSeveral hazards currently exist throughout the first half of the run. The first one is a rope swing submerged in the right channel of a rapid, about 150 yards above the old mill; run on left available at most levels. The second is a strainer in the middle of a rapid. There are no names in this stretch so it is best described by features: three volcanic pillars exist right in the middle of the run. The strainer, a large tree, is wedged between the two pillars on the right. Most of the flow is pushed into this feature. We lined boats on left of rapid.
