Quaboag wood report. (Jim M)
There's no need to get out of your boat anywhere on river.
That being said, there's a log across the narrow section below the Mouse Hole but it's underwater at the 4.5 foot water level. Just stay away from the far left. Right before arriving at the big pool below the Mouse Hole rapid is a tree laying across the river but it's easy to pass to the right of it.
At the first RR Rapid the right channel is blocked by a river wide tree. You might be able to squeeze around the right end of it but I'm not sure. The left channel is wide open.
At the first island rapid the right side has a tree going almost across the river but you can pass to the right of it. The left channel has no wood in it.
The left channel of the second island rapid is blocked by a big tree right at the start of the rapid so you must go right. The right channel is wide open as well as the gorge.
There's bits of wood here and there, mainly where the river is wide, but it's all easily avoidable.
